CUSTOM COLOR MIXING

China Rotomould specializes in manufacturing custom products in dense, vibrant colors.  We use high-intensity mixing equipment to add pigments to natural resins in order to achieve high quality color saturation. 

Rotational moulding adds materials directly to the mould each time, so that all materials enter the product. After the product is removed from the mould, the materials needed for the next moulding will be added. Therefore, when we need to change the color of the product, we will not waste a little bit of raw materials or spend time cleaning the machine and mould. When we use more than one mould to rotomould the same plastic product, we can also add materials of different colors into different moulds, and at the same time, plastic products of different colors are rotomoulded.
